Maximus signed the contract for Social Case Survey (SCS) Project with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD). The ceremony took place under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi.

Maximus Gulf Job Fairs 13 - 20 November 2019

Through Maximus Gulf Job fairs held in the past period in Riyadh and Jeddah, which aim to develop solutions, programs, and tools that serve the transformation of beneficiaries from relying on financial support from the country to beneficiaries capable of production and self-reliance. Which includes:

  • Development of rehabilitation and training programs.
  • Develop support through recruitment offices and the portal.
  • Development of the Employment Consultant.
  • Develop programs to stimulate academic achievement and vocational education.

Through running two days job fair in Riyadh and four days in Jeddah, the Maximus Gulf team managed to communicate with more than 30,000 beneficiaries and deliver training to more than 1000 beneficiaries and secure second interviews for about 700 from the beneficiates from both regions.

On the other hand, our BD team was able to attract big employers to participate in the job fairs with more than 1400 jobs.

Some of the employers were Americana, Daraa perfumes, belly bees, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Panda, McDonald's, and others.

A team from Maximus Gulf participated in Tamkeen Job fair on the 17th and the 18th September 2019.

Our team participated in the organization, planning, registration mechanisms and attendance process in the job fair. Our business development team did a very great job through attracting employers & companies who highly valued the event and as a result there was a high number of vacancies and recruitment. And for all of that our team (BD, Ops, Support team from the HO) were highly appreciated.

The outcome from the job fair was estimated by 700 placements in total which was a significant start for the program.

Maximus Gulf shares expertise at Qassim Forum for Youth Empowerment

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Meshaal bin Saud bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Qassim Province, as well as Minister of Labor Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi and the Higher Director of the Human Resources Fund, Dr. Mohammed Ahmad Al-Sudairy, went to the opening of Qassim Forum for Youth Empowerment. Al-Qassim in the strategic partnership with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), at the Qassim International Exhibition and Convention Center in Buraidah, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz.

His Highness toured the exhibition accompanying the participation of more than 80 government and private entities, which supports the localization of jobs and the empowerment of Saudi youth and the roles they seek to create opportunities and fields that open the horizons for participation and interaction between youth. Taqat Maximus Buraidah Center was a part of the exhibition. Where the services provided in the branch and the appropriate methods were identified to support the job seekers to find suitable vacancies for them, train and prepare them to the labor market.

Visit of the Managing Director at Medina Branch

Mr. Gursel Mehmet, Managing Director of Maximus Gulf, visited the Medina Branch to introduce the Company's ideas and orientations in the new year, define the objectives to be worked on, and the development and training opportunities available to the company, as well as the work team, follow up the work mechanism and view the team's ideas. In order to develop its system, work flow and plans for improvement. 

He also presented the results achieved in 2017 and until the middle of the year 2018 and thanked the employees for the outstanding performance and motivating them to continue to raise the level of performance. The staff also shared their ideas and suggestions for the coming years.
